1. This product is an important crosslinking agent for crosslinking polyethylene in the manufacture of wire and cable insulation and sheath materials. Compared with general peroxide crosslinking and radiation crosslinking, its crosslinking process has the advantages of simple equipment, low investment, easy control, wide range of polyethylene density, suitable for the production of special shaped fan core, and high extrusion speed. Because silane crosslinked polyethylene has excellent electrical properties, good heat resistance and stress cracking resistance, this product is widely used in the manufacture of wire, insulation and sheath materials.

2, used for polyethylene crosslinking manufacturing heat-resistant pipes, hoses and films by this product as a crosslinking agent made of crosslinked polyethylene has good resistance to aromatic hydrocarbons, oil resistance, stress cracking resistance, high mechanical strength, good heat resistance and other advantages, can be used at 80 ℃ for 50 years. Can be used for long-distance oil pipeline, natural gas, gas pipeline anti-corrosion thermal insulation outer protective layer and matching with the anti-corrosion thermal insulation heat shrinkable sleeve mending material; can be used for residential water pipes and hot water pipelines. This product can also be used for ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, chlorinated polyethylene, ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer crosslinking agent.

3, used for impregnation treatment of glass fiber and inorganic silicon-containing filler to improve the resin and glass fiber infiltration, adhesion, so as to effectively improve the mechanical strength and electrical properties of glass fiber reinforced plastic and plastic laminates, especially wet mechanical strength and electrical properties. It also significantly improves the weather resistance, water resistance and heat resistance of FRP, and prolongs the service life of the product. In addition, better electromagnetic wave transmission is also imparted to the product.

4, used to make special coatings This product can be copolymerized with acrylic acid series monomer, made of special exterior wall coatings, known as silicone acrylic exterior wall coatings. The coating has many characteristics, such as weather resistance, dust resistance, scrubbing and so on. Can be used for 20 years.

5, for the preparation of special purpose modified polymer this product can be with a variety of monomers (such as: ethylene, propylene, butylene, etc.) copolymerization, or with the corresponding resin graft polymerization, made of special purpose modified polymer.

6. Composite material adhesion promoter This product is a good adhesion promoter for silicone rubber and metal, fabric, etc.

7. Used as an intermediate for silicone. Suitable for unsaturated polyester, acrylic resin, EPDM, etc., is a good promoter of silicone rubber and metal adhesion.
